• Customized menus are created for your specific needs and goals.

• Grocery shopping for each menu will be provided.

• Meals are prepared in your kitchen and stored in an agreed upon manner.

• Your kitchen will be left clean and tidy, as if no one was ever there.

• May be used with or without Nutrition Therapy Consultations.

$30 per hour  +  cost of groceries
